How to Order
Once you have found a style you like simply:
click on the colour of your choice
click on the size of your choice
Add the quantity you want to the basket
If you cannot select the colour or size of your choice then it means that we are out of stock.
Once you have added the items to the basket you can either continue shopping, amend your basket (add or delete an item) or checkout.
Login - New Users
If this is your first order you will need to register your shipping details. At the top of the page click
'New users register here' You will be asked for your name and address details and to provide a password.
Login - Existing Users
Simply enter your email and password.
Once logged in you will be asked to confirm the delivery address.
Please note that the first order can only be delivered to the address shown on your bank statements. This verifies your details and helps to prevent any fraudulent transactions. After your first order you will be able to ship to an alternative address.
You can select your preferred postal method. The choices are from:
Premium Delivery: To have your goods delivered in two working days, please place your order before 12pm Monday - Thursday. This will cost £8.00. (Premium orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.)
Your parcel will have to be signed for by someone.
A final opportunity to check your basket and your delivery details.
You will receive an email confirmation after making an order. We recommend all customers to contact us if they have not received their parcels after fourteen days.
Emails will also be sent after a return or an exchange has been made, when an item is out of stock and when a credit card has been declined. For this reason we ask customers to add firstname.lastname@example.org to their 'Safe Senders' list.
