Delivery & Returns

We make all of our products with a lot of love and care and we hope that you are delighted with your order. For any questions on deliveries, exchanges or returns that you might have, please refer to the information below.

Delivery

UK Delivery
Stock permitting, we aim to despatch all of our orders within 24 hours of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers within 3 - 5 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and send it as soon as it arrives. 

Please note that during busy periods, such as our sales, standard delivery can take up to 7 working days. Remember there is always the option of premium delivery if you need your Saltwater items in a hurry.

We will always send you an email once we receive your order.

Please note that all of our packages are sent by either recorded mail or special delivery and will need to be signed for by someone on arrival.

Standard Delivery
£4.50 per delivery address in the UK. Monday to Friday only. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery. In busy periods, this may be extended up to 7 working days.

Premium Delivery
£8.00 per delivery address in the UK mainland. Please allow 2 working days for delivery.

Please place your order by 12pm Monday to Thursday.  Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.

BFPO / Non-Mainland UK
£4.50 per delivery address.

Overseas
We offer worldwide delivery.

£12.00 per delivery address in Europe. Delivery can take up to 2-3 weeks.

£16.00 per delivery address outside Europe. Delivery can take up to 2-3 weeks.

Please note that worldwide delivery outside the EU may be subject to local importation duties. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these charges might be and cannot be held responsible for them.

Returns Policy

We are sure you will love your Saltwater pieces, but we understand that sometimes you will need to return items. If you are not entirely delighted with the products that you have chosen you can return them to us within:

·         28 days of receipt
·         14 days of receipt for sale items
 
We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging.

Please note all earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Making Returns
If you’d like to make a return, please fill in the returns form at the back of your invoice with the details of your item.

For all returns, you will need to pay for the return postage. However, in the event that an item is faulty or if you were sent the wrong item, we will gladly refund your return postage back to you.

We’ll also refund your delivery postage if:

·         The item returned is faulty;
·         You have been sent the wrong item or
·         You cancel your goods and let us know in writing during the seven day cooling-off period following receipt of your order.  (Please refer to the below paragraph on 'Your Right To Cancel'.)

We will refund orders by the original payment method and we will send an email once you have been refunded.


Your Right To Cancel
You may cancel your order with us for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

In accordance with 'The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000', you may cancel your goods within a seven day cooling-off period, which begins the day after our goods are received.  For this, you must inform Saltwater in writing - by letter or email - of your decision to cancel your order.  You will need to pay to return the goods, but we will refund both your delivery postage and your goods.

Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, please fill in the returns form at the back of your invoice and let us know the item, colour and size you would like instead.

Please send all items to: Saltwater, 19 New Quebec Street, London, W1H 7RY.

We will send you an email once we have processed your exchange for you.

You will need to pay for your return postage, but we will send out your exchange item/s for free.
